Terms
These terms govern access to MagisterGPT and are intentionally written as a concise, general statement of use, risk allocation and operational policy.
MagisterGPT is a privacy-first, censorship-free artificial intelligence access initiative maintained by an informal, internationally distributed group of independent AI scientists, researchers and technical operators using distributed and offshore infrastructure.
Until such time as the initiative generates sustainable profit sufficient to justify formal incorporation, MagisterGPT operates as a non-profit access project dedicated to preserving direct, minimally intermediated AI availability. If and when sustainable profit is reached, the initiative may be reorganized into a formal legal entity.

All plan prices, access fees and payment requirements exist solely to cover substantial infrastructure, model-serving, bandwidth, security, maintenance and growth costs. No payment purchases ownership, equity, governance rights, permanent entitlement, regulated financial interest, or guaranteed future access.
The services are provided strictly for lawful, legitimate, educational, research, analytical, creative, technical and authorized security purposes only. Illegal activity, unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, harassment, exploitation, rights violations, or any use contrary to applicable law is strictly prohibited, whether or not MagisterGPT is technically capable of monitoring, detecting or preventing such conduct.
MagisterGPT is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties, guarantees, service-level commitments, fitness assurances, uninterrupted availability, accuracy guarantees, or liability for user reliance, user outputs, third-party consequences, payment-network delays, model behavior, data loss, or access interruptions.
MagisterGPT is privacy-first by design. The platform aims to minimize unnecessary collection, avoid intrusive identity verification where possible, and preserve user autonomy. Users remain solely responsible for their own prompts, outputs, decisions, storage, legal compliance and operational conduct.
MagisterGPT reserves all rights not expressly granted, including the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, revoke or modify access where abuse, illegality, risk, fraud, infrastructure pressure, payment irregularity, security concern, or operational necessity is suspected.
Continued access to or use of MagisterGPT constitutes acceptance of these terms.
